FORK DONATION in 3 easy steps

STEP 1.  

Find a metal fork from your kitchen that you won't mind giving away for art.

STEP 2.

Look at the list of our GIVE A FORK drop off locations below and find the one closest to you.

STEP 3.

Once there, you will fill out a short form which will request your name, email and a few other simple questions.

Thank you so very much for donating a fork from your home. This action symbolizes your care and optimism for this community.
